chore: 누적 데이터(trade_journal·market_indicators) git 추적 추가

키움 기간조회 API 부재로 복구 불가한 EOD 누적 데이터를 버전관리에 포함.
시크릿·sqlite·logs는 계속 .gitignore 제외 (별도 백업 대상).
